  • We specialise in drawing & painting mediums (pencil/ pen/ charcoal/ pastel / watercolour/ acrylic / oils / spray paint etc)

  • Refreshments and biscuits are provided (The tutor reserves the right to limit where deemed fit)

  • Flexible booking structure with the ability to book weekly/ as a one-off taster.

  • Full creative freedom to paint whatever you want

  • We have 100’s images to choose from if you’re stuck for ideas!

Important Booking Information

BOOKING POLICY
* Pre-booking is essential

BLOCK BOOKING
Block booking purchases CAN be shared within immediate family members (i.e split between two children)
The 4 classes must be used within the purchase month.
The 4 Classes can be booked on any of the days within the advertised block.
Classes purchased cannot roll over into the next month/ block.
Movement of booked classes must be done with more than 24hours notice or this will be deemed as a 'no show' and loss of the session. 
You can purchase any number of sessions over the block ie 7 classes at the honoured block price. 

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made 24 hours or less before a class will be charged the full class value. 

EXCLUDING MATERIALS BOOKING
**Booking a class Exc materials means you must supply all your own paints/ paper/ palette/ Brushes etc as the extra fee goes towards maintenance/ replenishment of all materials provided within our premises. Use of Apron & Easels are still included FOC. 

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A CLASS?
Refreshments are included in your session within fair usage guidelines (1 drink per hour attended for canned & diluted drinks/ teas/ barista coffee's/ hot chocolate etc - drinks thereafter charged at £1/drink also included is a complimentary pack of biscuits, biscuits thereafter are charged at 50p per pack) 

If you pay for a materials inclusive class you there is a Fair usage policy applied ie if you/ your Child used more than 2 x photocopies/ pieces of paper they will incur a charge then on. A surcharge may also be added for excessive material usage / waste OR/when an artist wants to perform impasto painting requiring excessive amounts of paint to achieve a chosen process.

80p A4 / £1.50 A3 colour photocopy
80p/ A3 watercolour paper / cartridge paper sheet
£5 A3 Canvas
£8 Square canvas
£10 A2 canvas
£35 18 piece brush set 

Arrival
Students to arrive a maximum of 5minutes before class start.

Clean Up 
All students are responsible for correct cleaning of brushes and putting away of paints / materials. Clean up begins 10minutes prior to close of class to allow adequate time to finish and get packed away for collection/payment at end of class etc.
